Why are your blades better than the others?
It starts with the choice of carbide, you really can't cut corners here or else you end up with a blade that wears out very quickly. We only use hand picked, high grade carbide rods that have been manufactured in the USA. We've been sourcing our carbide from the same company for many years and have a fantastic working relationship with them.
The rods go through our secret 5 stage manufacturing process which involves brazing, grinding, diamond cutting and polishing. Diamonds are the only stone capable of grinding high grade carbide because it's an incredibly hard material to work with. We do this in-house on computer controlled machinery, operated by time served engineers.
